Heroic Soul Frags

Is there a way to get Heroic Frags aside from events and $$? I was hoping to get Oni Ed and saw that the graphics had changed over from Flight of Icarus Ed to Oni so I used all my souls....didn't realize the soul change did not take place until later in the day (Kinda weird that the graphic would change). Anywho, got yet another Flight of Icarus and now have nothing to use to get Oni. I was hoping someone knew of a dungeon key or something that drops Heroic Frags so that I don't have to contemplate whether or not to spend real money at the Heroic store to (Maybe) get him....

You can buy a mythical heroic soul in the Rewards store "gauntlet" tab, you can also get fragments from the gauntlet and also the daily and weekly dungeons give heroic souls fragments and I believe that also the Eternal dungeons

Peter he is definitely worth investing in getting, drops in regular heroics too if Mythical frags are out of reach. These 3 came from a 99stack just now so it can happen

Clan and tribute souls also drop heroic frags. Not sure about which rarity but I know I was getting a lot of them.

Oni Eddie also drops from Assassin souls, so, don't worry if you are not able to get him during this heroic soul rotation, you still have a chance to get him ;)

You can also ask support for them to swap your FoI for oni

Heroic Souls can also drop from sacrifice rewards... but of course I’d hold off on sacrificing atm. An event for that is right around the corner.

Oni can be found:

In rare souls
In assassin souls
In legendary souls
In assassin legendary souls
In mythic souls
In assassin mythic souls
In rare gun/assassin souls

I have personally opened him from at least 4 of these sources. ;-).

And.... now that I look at the actual soul list I don’t see him in the regular rare variety. Hmm. Could have sworn that’s how I opened my first...
