Collect 200 Screeching Fragments to create 1 Screeching Soul.

The Screeching Soul is a limited time event soul which guarantees a 3★ to 5★ character of any class. This Soul provides an exclusive chance of summoning Monsters Bat Eddie, and an increased chance of summoning Flight of Icarus Eddie, and the Angels of Death, Mercy, Pain, Strife and Fear.

Each Screeching Soul summoned will also grant the following bonus rewards:
10 Monsters Bat Eddie Soul Fragments
10 Mythical Soul Fragments
20 Talisman Gold Red Soul Fragments

Collecting 1000 Monsters Bat Eddie Soul Fragments guarantees one 5★ Gunner Monsters Bat Eddie!

400 Talisman Gold Red Soul Fragments guarantees a Tier 1 to Tier 3 Gold or Red Cosmic Talisman and 5★ Gold Idol.

Notes on Clan Event Challenges:

Players can join a Clan part way through an event in order to obtain these extra Event Challenges.

If you are removed from your Clan, or choose to Leave a Clan during the event, you will no longer be able to participate in the Clan Event Challenges. After the 24 hour cooldown you can then join a different Clan. This will give you access to any active Clan Event Challenges, and any Clan Group Challenges will be updated to the current total for your new Clan. If the Clan has already completed and claimed a Clan Group Challenge, the new member will not be able to claim that reward. Players will not gain double rewards by Clan hopping.

If you're looking for Baph strategies, this setup gives me a SSS on all Baphs other then 10 (because 10 revenges).
Crusader Eddie with his bespoke and Yggorasil
Red Allied Soldier with the Siege Cosmic and Ragnarok
Any two other characters that do 6 hits with their basic attack

Each round will start with Baph debuffed (thanks to Siege). Use one of the two 6 hitters to attack. That will do 12% of Baph's health and remove the Siege buff.
Then do Crusader's Present Basic attack (Liberation). That will put on 3-6 more debuffs.
Then attack with the other 6 hitter.
Then attack with the allied solider.
(You have the solider go last because if the debuffs fall in the other attacks, he has a chance of self debuffing.)

Usually this is 38% per round. And Ragnarok and Ygg easily keep everyone alive for a few more rounds, letting you kill him.
This evening I just did Baph 1-7 with this strategy. (I have a LOT of these characters for this very reason.)

I am ambivalent about this event. The challenges and rewards are good, nice and simple. Getting extra stuff for your weekly clan activities is always good. Only 9 free event souls, less good. Hopefully this Batty Eddie wont be as difficult to acquire when he makes his next appearance.

Like 90% of all Eddies, this one looks like a case for the bench.
I assume he will be available for collecting later on, either in heroics or otherwise, so I'll just do my part for my clan, but I won't spend ironite.

Alex Minor does not provide customer service. He closes tickets without any attempt to solve them. I have been cheated out of ironite and amulets from the servers constantly disconnecting and the entire support staff does not care.

Yep, exact same bad experiences with this guy for me too, on multiple tickets. He never seems to want to do any work, just argues about everything and wastes endless time going back and forth, never actually doing anything or looking into their system to investigate any issues. Ultimately just closes all the tickets without actually doing anything, only saying that everything looks fine in the last few days. Pathetic customer service for me.

I really wonder for what f.e. rare souls are left in the game, almost every interesting new toon ist only possible to get with some fragments, but the toons don#t get in the sould pool. Makes all those standard souls pretty useless.

I just tried to trade a gunner Odin (my first Odin) for Dark road Eddie. He shot it down completely. I mean dark road is no where near the toon of any Odin. He said they don't offer to trade as it would offer an unfair advantage. I could see it if I was asking for a new Eddie or other overpowered toon, but I'm trying to downgrade just to complete my desired collection. Oh well, I can see their point, but don't think it makes sense for what I was asking for. The current chances are so watered down by useless garbage I sacrifice everything I pull side from this Odin. Oh well, maybe next year if I'm still playing. Who am I kidding, I'm sadly very addicted. I need to sac all my collection. Them I have nothing to come back to.....

I agree.. that guy is as useless as shit.. I spent a tonne of ironite to purchase an event exclusive item only to find I ( and most other players) could not log in to purchase the items before they expired (after a server update was pushed). This loser wouldnt even take the event currency from my account and gift the item I wanted. Seriously how fu<king useless is that.?

Trading toons has never been a thing and never should be. Huck, you missed an event toon. It happens, you're just going to have to wait for that ed to show up again.

Namaste, I would need to know the exact timeline from this to know if you were justified in your request or not but event stores are up a full 24 hours after the event ends so that is well within reason for the team to say "no, you had plenty of time to buy your items". We haven't had a updates that took the game down for over a day in a very long time. Now if this happened during one of those updates I would say you were justified, but I haven't seen Alex in support when that was happening.


My issue is just straight ironite theft. I do something that causes ironite to be taken from me, the server hiccups like it does 90% of the time, the game decides to take my ironite twice. There is no reason to deny that request and frankly this wouldn't be an issue if the team actually fixed the servers.

Seriously, they have been problematic for well over a year now and as fellow developer, I can't think of one valid excuse for this team to take this long especially with how money hungry they've been lately.

The biggest issue is the inability to play reliably and getting frustrated and turning the game off. This is part of why I missed the toon. I want this way on not getting the Christmas Ed last year, it any of the ghosts. The bugs this year have been more of why I feel jilted. Out of the 4 new toons I only wanted this Ed. I'm planning on waiting, but since I got the Odin and don't care for the character I thought I'd try. We don't need these characters to play the game, as I really only use Gambler 99% of the time. They need to fix the game so it can be played. Then half these complaints would never surface. There hasn't been any apologies or attempts to compensate for the lack of a playable game. I don't know if the bugs are worldwide or regional. I know that it seems they are very numerous and almost nonstop as of late. I can see this affecting my desired to play, but I can't seem to drop the game. I just complain and play like the idiot I am....

Yep. You hit the nail on the head. I know from my end, virtually all of my issues would melt away if they just fixed their servers. almost every single ticket I submit can boiled down to "server disconnected, bad stuff happened".

Fix the servers and this "support" team might actually be able to keep on top of the tickets and we might actually see an average response time no longer almost a month.

MuzakMaker, yep the server issues are still an major concern, But we all know full well these will never be fixed as they don't seem to be able to even get the simplest of things right. whilst they are still raking in real money from people buying starter packs etc they will never feel the need to fix anything.....just in the past few weeks the bugs in arena and gauntlet are getting even worse. DOTD eddie has something wrong, gives himself marks when he attacks instead of inflicting them on the enemy. and doesn't grant immunity to effects laid out in his passive.....don't hold any hope on anything being fixed.

It was right after an event completed.. cannot remember which one, but was very recent.. there was a 4 hour window to purchase event items and the update they pushed caused most players offline for 8hrs +

I think this is related to time zones? Here on the west coast of Australia, my event store items expire around 8 hours after events end. Expiring after only 4 hours would fit in with your New Zealand time zone. I was initially confused when Muzak mention how long everything stays in their event store, as I had previously assumed everyone only had 8 hours.

Just an update on the time zones thing, a few of us have been in contact with the team and provided some screenshots with device to help demonstrate that the stores are not expiring at the right times but instead at 4pm local time.

Even I was wrong about mine not expiring until 24 hours after the event ended. But that's a fault on my poor counting skills.
