Hello Troopers,
Thank you so much for your patience over the past day. Our engineering team has been working since the restart yesterday evening to solve the slowdowns and loading problems currently live in the game.
Some details on what we have done so far: We have been doing some server work in the background and observing the effects of this work in the hopes of reducing the load times currently being reported. Our engineers have been watching queues closely and restarting the servers when deemed appropriate to get the game back to a playable state.
Once again, thank you so much. We understand this is a frustrating issue and we are doing our absolute best to get everything running as it should once again.
