Ice Eddie fury bug

Ice Eddie's fury is bugged. Sometimes it does not make any damage only freezes the enemies. Enemies don't have shields or magic resist.
"based on how many negative effects they have" means what???
Zero effects = zero damage???
So...no base damage???

Well there's a surprise, must be the first time they have released a toon that's bugged. Ye right happens all the time. Cyborg and Cosmic Cyborg's passive doesn't work either. Doesn't heal self and doesn't revive any one when he reaches 1hp

Yes. Zero Effects means zero damage. It's actually good against sleeping enemies.
