Too Many Souls

Popup says 'you have 1 stack too many souls, go to book of souls?' (or whatever the exact wording is).
Opened 5 (FIVE) stacks of souls, still get this message.
Clear cache and still get this message.
Have to clear all data and then let it download all the data again and log in again.

Not the first time this has happened.

Limited item slots is 1990.

It may be an erroneous message also: close the message instead of going to BoS and go into the My Team screen. Sell one item from your inventory (something you can easily pick up again) and then return to the main screen: I've sometimes got a corrected message that way. Most times, however, it is simply too many Soul Stacks - get rid of the 1* stacks for a boat load of tiny sacrifices (alas, painfully slow).

The Sacrifice section of the Rewards tab in store now has a permanent (well, x times per month) item where you can sell 300 common souls for a handful of hearts - much quicker than saccing them all!
