Crush the Lord of Light for event currency to earn select 4⭐ characters!

From now until July 31st, 5PM PT, each battle in the Lord of Light dungeons has a chance of dropping Ill-Gotten Gains, the Skull and Sword event currency. Collect 200 and you can redeem them in the Event Store for your very own 4⭐ Assassin War Golem or 4⭐Warrior Thelxiepia, Siren Corsair!

You can see your current currency amounts by checking the Event tab in the Challenge menu and the Event tab in Store!

War Golem: This single minded killer deals true damage and doles out devastating Negative Effects! The War Golem also happens to be the first fragment event character that is awakenable! His abilities will grow in power as he is awakened - Fully awaken your Assassin War Golem to transform him into Sevastopol!

Sevastopol takes enemies down with hybrid damage, and has a passive ability that will prevent enemies from healing for 5 turns while granting Perfect Heal Shields if any enemy is stunned and Perfect Immortality if they are frozen!

Thelxiepia: This wayward spirit sails the seven seas looking for adventure and new conquests! She passively applies effects to increase her efficiency in battle and lures her opponents to their doom by Taunting them and inflicting negative effects like Bleed, Lower Power Generation and Defense Down.

Normally, when it drops in Lord Of Light, you’ll earn 5 or 10 pieces of event currency, but if you’re lucky, you could earn 50 pieces of event currency from one battle, so don’t be afraid of that 200 requirement! Players who battle in Lord of Light Floors 11-15 will also be able to earn greater amounts of event currency (10, 20 or 50) at an increased drop rate!

Note: At the end of this ally event, any unspent Currency will be automatically converted into Lilith Soul Fragments at a 10% rate. See our Event Currency guide here for more details on the system overall:

This 4⭐Ally event will also feature 3 Event Challenges which will reward a variety of items including XP Shards, Frontier Keys and Discovered Riches.

Discovered Riches Currency is the event currency of our Ancient Expedition event running throughout July.

Trade your Discovered Riches Currency in the Event Store for rare rewards including Life and Power Eddie, Cosmic Legacy Talismans and more!

You can learn more about this featured event in the Ancient Expedition event post here! (https://forum.ironmaidenlegacy.com/showthread.php?14240-Ancient-Expedition-Info-and-Discussion)

Once you’ve collected her, you’ll be able to trade in any extra Cosmic Lilith Fragments for Talisman Red Mythic Fragments. Both of these offers will be available during our monthly fragment events.

Extra Ill-Gotten Gains can score you Festive Awakening Shards, Revelation Talismans and Cosmic Paranoia Talismans!

I like this event.

Pro: A whole week to farm it is nice. Nice opportunity for a Paranoia cosmic if you don't have one.
Con: Nothing new in it.

I don't know how they do it.
They managed to make the event both better and worse at the same time

Yeah, if you don't have a paranoia tali, you should definitely get at least one. It works on 8 different characters and has the unique ability to disable damage blockers. If you've ever fought against a team with a yellow pharaoh dog king and a blue lilith, this talisman turns that from an annoying and possibly impossible (if you don't have passive disable) fight into a cakewalk.

Does it work also against other talismans? For example, against Riposte?

I seem to think there was a round on the hard level of Samurai dungeon that had two Inugamis (http://www.news.maiden-lotb.com/n3/character-en/inugami-dog-spirit-magus/) plus a character with Yggdrasils? If you didn't have passive disable, Paranoias on Killer Beast worked a charm. As they can work on Killer/Killer Prime/Killer Beast, Edless Horseman, X-Factor Eddie and Fear of the Dark/Dark Road Eddie there is actually at least one character of each class that can wear them, so they're really useful for Gauntlet where you have class restrictions and may come across multi-blocker teams.

I've been assuming it works on Killer Eddie too.

Yes, I forgot him - it does work on him according to the compendium so that's another Assassin possibility. I imagine it would also work on Killers Bird if you have that as the bespokes seem to work on them too.

It's always so hard to tell with Bespokes, since the symbol appears even when you have a bespoke on a character that can't use it. Although, Paranoia is easier to tell because you can see the fear bubbles on one of the opponents if it's working.

fear bubbles

I will always use this name for them in future ;)
