Missions not counting successes and Dungeons mis labeled

I have several missions that aren't counting when I successfully do them. Examples: Revive Hunter and Fire Dungeon. I permadeth the water spirit or magic fire the rescuer (several times) and it does not progress.

Missions are also mislabeled, with things like BNW_Green_Gold_Dungeon_10 or Dungeon_02 instead of their names.

So I've figured out that if I click "Go" in the mission instead of going there myself, it works for most of them. Any for the Garden missions do not so far however.
