I just opened some talisman souls and guess what!
They no longer give the 5 star idol, you get the dinky 1 star idol now. It's not worth opening them anymore.
This is strike 2. I'm still mad at nodding for nerfing the primordials right after I spent real money to get a set.

I made an error and will admit when I am wrong. Thanks to our helpful gaming community I received the correct information. I'll post it here in case my statement earlier caused any confusion. In the past, we got the idol that gives 1 million when sold. Now we get the small one that gives 50k when sold, but also 950k immediately. Selling the big idols took an extra step (and more time). Now we have slightly faster gameplay. I apologize.
