I played cern after the game I want to reset but my team is duplicated

Do you actually have two of each of the characters? If not it's probably a visual glitch - I'd be tempted to use an amulet to reset and see if they all return although I spot you only have 3 so might not be worth the risk... Other option is log out and log in again and see if the cache rectifies itself (assuming your account is linked to an email address or Facebook).

you are welcome, that shoutout is due to the issue in the companion app, and you provide a good excel file to use, so thank you
I only have 1 of each, this issue happened before, I had to use two space amulets to reset it, and just now I cleared cache, delete the app, delete any file related to the app, reinstall,ed and login the issue still exists, so mod please look at my account and check why this happen thank you

If you haven't yet, submit a ticket through the in-game support function - that's usually the best way to get anything actioned.
