Lost characters?

I used 4 regular souls to get some characters, but when I clicked on the my team tab, the game crashed to my homescreen . When I reloaded the game and clicked on the my team tab the characters I had just gotten weren't there. Anyone else have this problem/know a fix?

Hello, if the game didn't save the recent changes it could have reverted back to 4 souls in your inventory for summoning once more. If that didn't appear to happen, please email support@ironmaidenlegacy.com and let them know the approximate time it happened (and your timezone) so they can investigate. Thanks!
