Rare Souls - 4 & 5 star

I've purchased a number of rare Souls but I am possibly getting higher than a 3* character once in about 20 souls. Is there a particular trick or time that I should choose in order to increase my chances at a 4 or 5 star character?

Nope. It's just a numbers game like most RPG drops. So far, the average is around 1 in 10 for me to get a 4 star or higher with a rare soul.

The game does give you lots of chances though, if you use Troopers. You can get like 5 free rare souls a week easy. That's where I got most of my nat 4s and 5s.
