We have been getting these alot, cant someone delete them? Its really annoying to go into the stream and find it filled with useless spam

I thought the complain was to begin with,'there wasn't enough post in announcement', since humans are not taking control,Bot took it upon themselves, and start announcing things.

No doubt about that!
it is normal for any business,not to invest time/money on things not part of product/service that generating revenue.
forum is not part of the game,neither a part of support,even in the forum we suggest to email to support.
from the business point of view,this platform is a burden,We get that very well.

btw,don't get me wrong,my comments are suppose to be funny :) sometimes they may appear differently.

i hope it was made clear to you, when you were given the responsibility,if it a job for financial gain or volunteer work.
