missing trooper badges!?

I logged in and it says you earned 200 trooper badges. Cool. I had just used all my badges last night so I was completely empty. Well I went to troopers and then it says I have 175! Wtf. Sure its only 25 less but that's not the point. Anyone else notice that happen?

Try logging out and back in after a few min. That's happened to me several times.
