Can any tell me why im not recieving and 3*Evo Boxes??

I dont know what you mean for evo boxes, but if you say 3* evo shard they only drop in the time rift dungeons from lvl 7 to lvl 10.

Plus it can take weeks to get 9 of them, and around 500 games with these droprates. Its a grind.

Yes, just forget about expecting them in short time and keep farm over and over and over highest level at dungeon you can farm. They will drop one way or another.
