Ok found it, its a Death Dog, on underworld/shadows in the valley.
Death dog made its power move and got infinite (!!) damage charge to both dogs + critical buff to both, wow.

Don't think I ever saw someone having this though, maybe its not 'dropable' ?

I saw death dog's ability, it says increases damage for next offensive ability... that qualifies as true charge? Also ive also never seen a player have one... and ive seen someone say that they saw a dev have one... i guess he is unobtainable!

I didn't question if it was infinite or not. I question whereyou saw it described on assassin COTD's skills. I don't see it on the maximized chars thread, unless sth changed drastically its not one of Ass-asin cotd\s skill.

Since the Death Dog's Warrior counterpart drops as a 3*, I think he's also a 3* but I'm not sure.

Yea, assassin troll has it as a chance effect on his basic. So i guess you can get it for your team

Cool, the hunt for a death dog or assassin troll is on.

Its gonna be a mess power-wise to get a new record with the cyborg but if I get a death dog I think its possible. You just need 18 powers between 2 turns :cool:

Dunno about the troll, but the dog you face on underworld charge all the party. He himself gets the infinite true charge icon, the other 2 get it as well but it goes away after they take their turn.

Just tested with assassin Troll:

1) he has a chance to to charge next attack, for himself only
2) it shows the infinity symbol, but that just indicate that it doesn't expire after any number of rounds. It expires on your next damage attack. So you only get one attack charged (but if you were stunned and missed a round, you'd still have it for the next round)
3) "true charge" doesn't charge "true damage" attacks in the way "physical charge" charges physical attacks. It just powers up any type of attack you do - magic, physical, or true.

Yeah no3 is good to know, imagine a team of death dog, demon dog and warrior cotd! Demon dog would have 3 charge effects ln him! Now THAT is what i wanna see!

thx. I assumed true charge would be only for true attack (as a PDK does for magic and COTD for physical), but if it buffs everything even better.

I mean, take that with a grain of salt. That's just how I understand the wording. The assassin troll consumed the damage charge on both his true damage attack and his physical damage attack, so I'm probably right about that, but who knows. If the death dog gives the boost to the whole team someone should try it.

UPDATE - after some more testing, damage charge on the assassin troll doesn't do anything at all. Hits the same with or without it, for both his true damage & physical damage attack. So who knows.

To bump this thread... damage charge on my new Death Dog is the best charge in the game.
