Can't buy half the items /w Trooper badges

I'm most concerned about the Skill Shards, but I also can't buy some Rare Souls. I tried clearing cache and game data and then relogging - didn't help. I found a thread about ppl having a similar problem but it hasn't been active in a long time, the last post was from Lamia telling people to PM him if there's a problem like this, which I did but I haven't gotten a response still (it's been about 4-5 days).

Does anyone know a solution to this?

Supposedly if you have too many shard stacks in your inventory, it blocks you from buying some things. So try selling some of the extra stacks to clear some space.

THANKS! That issue just started for me yesterday and your suggestion fixed it.

This isn't working for me anymore. I can't buy anything from the store regardless of how many shards I have in inventory.

Hey devs, here's a pro tip for you: if you want me to spend real money on your game, then fix the store so I can actually make purchases 100% of the time. If I can't spend trooper badges, I'm not going to risk spending real $$$$ if there is even the slightest chance that the store may be bugged..........
