Do NOT buy gunner/assasin souls with trooper points

Kept track over the last week- bought 30 gunner/assasin souls and did not receive one character over 2 stars. Do the math that's 30x125 trooper points = 3750 trooper points wasted. Same cost as one rare gunner/assasin soul which guarantees a 3 star and maybe a 4 or 5 star. You are better off buying the rares unless you are just collecting low level characters.
Just some friendly advice for the community based on my experience.

The warning is appreciated, to be sure... but gambling is addictive, and there's always that chance, so if one doesn't have the characters, well... you can't win the lottery if you don't play! :cool: Personally, if I didn't spend some resources on trying for new characters on occasion, I would have very likely quit playing this game quite a while ago...

Lesson learned. Now I wonder what to buy next and when to open it...

But i got my assassin goldon son from one time that i bought 1 soul... was proud of myself

My problem is that I've had far worse luck with the rare soul. Nothing worse than being 2/3 away from a skill shard only to find out your decision to opt out of the sure thing landed you another gunner bomber boy :mad:

a confirm 5 star character,what's your offer! trooper points,gold,ironite...?
highest bidder wins everyday at the end of countdown..

in that way, company make more profit,and bid winner is also happy...lol

Interesting, but cant happen here.There will be a bug while bidding, lost connection to server and freezes when loading the bidding system :p

I had that itch last weekend - over 30 rare souls just sitting there - so just went for it

Ended up with a Pharaoh Eddie, Alliance General, and Carriage Rider as well as a couple other 4 stars

Took over 30 rare to get these three characters though. I think the one in ten drop rate for good characters that someone was tracking is probably pretty accurate...

And regular souls? Or regular Assasin/gunner? Basically just a source of gold after you sell the characters...

Das lucky! Also the problem is many have the char inv full of chars and over 40 stacks of regular souls... so people sell the stacks instead of the chars...

I'm actually getting rare G/A souls and rare Warrior souls right now instead of skill shards. It's too tempting to use them on soldier Eddie who will probably stink post-update. I'm desperate for a better Eddie right now.
