Move account to another device

well, my dad is playing legacy on an android tablet. Lately the tablet is behaving strangely and i know that issue. It's the battery and the tab is going to crash/fail soon and become trash. Is it possible to move the account to another device (like android phone or another tablet?) I think, this game is cloud based like simpsons: springfield or wwe immortals. So all i have to know is my account name (and did i type in a password ?, don't remember), all i know, on my account, my email address is shown. Are there istructions on how to move my current account with accomplishments and everything to another fresh device?
