Unable to buy "Trooper" crystals after weekly reset

Yesterday I had the weekly restef for my crystals, the ones you buy with trooper currency. The problem is that I can't buy the Sentinel crystal since it says I already bought it, wich I didn't.

Already cleared the cache and all that.
