What do I do with all these souls?

I couldn't find this in the FAQs, so maybe someone can help.

I'm sitting on 100 souls, and not sure what to do with them.

I know technically how you can spend them for character chances, but I'm at a point in the game where a 3-star character is useless for me because of how hard the evolution pieces are to find.

Should I just sit on them and wait for a game update for a better use for them, or is there a chance for anything higher than 3 stars when redeeming them? I've hit a wall unless I can get another 4-star ally.

I'm guessing you can't combine them for a rare soul?

Same here, fyi I have obtained three extra Eddies from the common souls that you have stored. Have you gotten them too?

Open the souls, sell the characters and then upgrade your talismans.

I've learnt that the hard way. Talismans are the most important thing.

I would just use them. Sell the characters you don't need, and keep any Eddies or rare characters you do get. Eventually you WILL be able to evolve them. You can always get more souls pretty easily.

A three star character even with upgraded talismans as far as I can upgrade now, would still not help me out where I'm hitting a wall, though. I feel like I should just sit on them for now, unless there's a chance to get a 4-star character. Is that even possible?

You do have a chance of getting a 4* character with a 2* soul. I got a 4* Wicker Man Eddie with one(after I had leveled the 3* one up that you get to lvl58 lol). But I agree use them and sell off the useless toons for gold and then rank your Talisman's up.

No Problem it was a surprise to me as well but when I dropped the soul Eddie's eyes glowed red instead of the normal blue I knew I had gotten lucky. Just wish I had gotten an Eddie that I hadn't acquired already.

Redeemed about 70 souls so far and the best I got was a 3-star Mummy Eddie :/

If I hadn't played games like this before, I'd swear that 4/5* from 3* (and by extension 3/4* from 2*) wasn't possible, and anyone that said it was was really the devs trying to trick us into buying more units.

Every single 3* soul I've used has netted me a 3* unit, and even 2-3 duplicates. In like 10 total pulls. Hogwash. At least I can get the mats to make my own 4* now (rare though they are).

A whole day of grinding Underworld and no 4* unit evo mats.

Then I get to Desert Madness and I've gotten 3 evo mats in 3 runs.

RNG sucks.

Spent hundreds of souls so far and the best allies that poped up were three star allies, and I kept two of each family (two assasins - two fighters etc). A few eddies as well, but of course, no four star :(

I read somewhere on one of the posts that there's a rumor they're gonna let you do something with dupes? I'd honestly just save em for now of you've got all the 3* eddies so far.

The devs have said that there will be a new an interesting way to use dupes coming "soon," and suggested trying to save any Eddie or 4* dupes if you can. Or maybe it was one of the mods. Someone else will remember :)

Hah, that's what I started doing just today, using 3* dupe characters to store extra talismans that I want to hold on to. I'll just have to remember to remove them when this sacrifice thing comes, if it ever does.
