I have 2 level 30 3 star Ascension talismans, the set bonus tells me that they Increase Magic by 1% of HP. The Ascension Talismans I have happen to give ATK instead of MAG, and when I switch to the stats tab, Magic has no bonus at all, so the set effect isn't working at all.
