Dancing Sun no longer working as of Halloween update

The Golden Son (Sentinel) skill Dancing Sun has stopped working after the Halloween update. As far as I can tell, it neither reduces damage nor heals.

Yes, it was working fine after the previous update, but after Halloween madness it started to bug out again for me as well.

This skill is still not working. Can someone in the development team please look into it?
