Chains of Misery 180 seconds trial not working

I can't say how many times I've completed this task and I'm still unable to pass the trial.


This is on Underworld Normal difficulty.

I'm running into this on Hard.

Keep beating Chains of Misery by a good margin - easily 20-25 seconds to spare - and can't get that third skull

Wondering if it's due to a team combo?

I'm using Soldier/Original Eddie, Blue Allied Soldier, and Corrupt General

Anyone else having an issue where it's not acknowledging the 180 sec?

Are you playing at speed x2?
I tried several times this way and it never worked.
The second thing I avoid when running agaist the time is pausing, when i paused the game I never was able to complete the time challenge.
