You are being way too kind. Many people are contributing money to a game that doesn't work half the time. They need to get their shit together. This is unacceptable business. Giving out shards at this point is like patting us on the heads & telling us to run along.

Considering the lost trooper badges for yesterday and perhaps all of today (and maybe tomorrow even), a skill shard would be nice.

In case they do this, i guess a skillshard and some ironite would be ok since that's what we mainly missed being locked out of the game (hoping they fix it within today!).
Using these occurrences to ask for a specific character sounds a bit exxagerated to me (and as i always say, searching for those chars we desire is the main fun of these games...making it easy would be boring: no spoon-feeding :P )

That is not how I want to get Eddie or any other toon. If I had played today, I would have got some ironite, trooper badges, and gold, runes, shards, etc. If I get something to make up for that, I am cool with it.

Nope... I didn't mean every single player - just those who lost access to the game :) Also I didn't forget about these wonderful gifts, you know... On the other hand - I have expensive internet - who's gonna refund me the data packets, I've lost due to somebody's else mistake? You HAVE TO pay for mistakes... That's how it works :)

I want them to compensate me by fixing the game so I can play more than once a month which is what Im averaging in able playtime. I first downloaded this game in mid July & have had about 5 solid days within that time of solid play. It's always either server issues or update issues. I could care less about free shards or anything free at this point. Fix the friggin game.

Who's we? I got 1 pumpkin out of the deal because I couldn't log in for the first 3 days of the event. Many others had the same issue. Some missed the event entirely because they couldn't log in.

Honestly? I DIDN'T ASK for those rewards, just to be clear... I would like to game work properly, be free of crashes, bugs etc. All the events, rewards should come later, don't you think? - At first I covered my eyes for that - ok, they need some time - the game is pretty new etc. But now is November, so since launch been passed couple months - in case you didn't notice... You don't know how many times game was crashing or freezing during play to me, or how many times I've won and didn't get ANYTHING for that - just lost time, SOTs and trooper points... And it's still happening - less - I have to admit - but it does... It's bloody annoying... Many times I felt like test pilot after several updates, instead like player... So I guess we're even with that rewards...

And for you to know... I never forget anything - that goes for good and bad... I can joy off good things, but can't forget about bad and pretend that's nothing happened... If someone's good, helpful and kind to me - I can repay even twice the same way, but if someone's bad - I simply have no interest to be good for such person - people would say - kind, but stupid - so I am bad as well... That's way you learn people something and speak to their minds...

Sorry Stary, but this made me LOL...big time. i would leave german language alone, if i were you (why? for male it's "mein Freund" and for female it's "meine Freundin", so you made Slauki into something in between) i guess,we are all fine with english...

Back on topic:
I used to play another rpg for 2 years on a daily basis, before LOTB pulled me out of it (i regretted that day a few times already). Those guys bring not one, but two new troops out every week, like a swiss clockwork. plus they constantly work on the interface,new content, mini games,aso.

It only happened about 3-4 times in my 2 years of playing there,that they had to shut the server down, due to a bigger maintenance and even that was announced a week in advance and only took an hour (or less) exactly as announced. AND...after you immediately received an email with some compensation equaling to about 1000 ironite.(But those guys know what they are doing)

I don't expect them to give me anything, but let's be honest: Whom would it hurt, if they would give us even 10 legendary souls or 30 rare souls(read "corrupt ox cultists")?!
Since there is no pvp or ranking system, it doesn't put anyone into any advantage,does it?
It would only show some appreciation to the players, for sticking around through all that shit,that has been happening ever since the launch. we would all be happy for 5 minutes,then sell all those bomber boys,dogs,harpies and F'N ox cultists and move on.

PS: Sparton- the burning talisman has not been fixed btw.

What about 5 Gunner/Assasin souls since I have spent 3 months in quest for the Cyborg Eddie or just make them cost 1250 trooper badges also. I would be happy with that after countless Gunner Dogs & Desert Golems & other Gunners that have no Guns!

Gunner dogs have a big Bren gun on their back. You can't get much more "gunner-ish" than that.

Guess the Bren means they are Allied gunner dogs, cos otherwise they would have an MG-42

I agree with you. Look at what we got after the update. Everybody (including me) was so happy. Now because we couldn't play for 1 day, there's a riot and demands? Come on guys, there's no need for this kind of childish behaviour.

I was actually referring to the Desert Golems, Sandworms, Voidlings, Chattering Skulls, The Prisoner, etc. I just mentioned the Gunner Dog 1st because I have sold almost as many of them as I have Harpies & Desert Warriors

This is bad approach not to ask, just sit down quietely and pretend that nothing happened... Yes, true - maybe asking for legendary soul is exaggeration... But they should have been given you something... It's just to be fair... The more it wasn't your fault and you suffered some loss because of this situation... But it depends on how certain company treats their customers and if they CARE for them and their good name or not... Once the blender machine of my Mum got broken... We had sent it to the their service they contacted with us and promised it will be fixed within 14 days... They got late 2 days... While Mum even not thought to phone them up, asking what's happening and when it will be fixed or to complaint - they phoned to us - saying they are sorry - completely NEW blender is on its way to us and they gave my Mum some GREAT accessories to it for FREE as well... One simply deed and they won our loyality to them greatly... Remember that everything can go wrong or broke but important is acting later on...
