can't sell characters - game crashes

i have too many charracter, but when i try to sell one, i got a server error. so i cannot play and cannot sell :(

It happens to me sometimes and i think its due to weak signal, either phone network or wifi, rebooting your device might sort it hopefully

i already got this issue before, but usually, i just have to restart the game. here, i got the issue every time since yesterday

Having the same issue. don't understand why you can't play w too many characters. They grey out the extra and its nit like you can access em

Are you able to sell a few at a time? Instead of trying to sell all at once?
Also have you tried adding character slots? Go to My Team then on the far right-side tap the '+' plus sign to buy more slots

i tried it. it seams after a clean reinstall it work again. and i'v lost all the 99 last character i bought and the stones too (i dont care, it was jsut some crappy heroes)
