Overwhelming health talismans...

I was wondering if anyone knew what is the best place to farm these... I need it for my Pharaoh Eddie but I haven't gotten one for 3 days now farming every level possible...

They're in ailing kingdom now. I've been looking for strength and holy talismans there. The drop rates are crap in ailing kingdom. I'm swimming in thief, assassin, burning, etc from battlefield and underworld. I feel like I won the lottery when I get a talisman in ailing kingdom. That's were you'll find them though.
