Wrong colour drop in worlds - bug or not?

I grind for example Battlefield madness and drop is purple and yellow 3* evo rune. In other world dropped sometimes runes/shards of wrong colour too. Is it bug? You write that every world drop two colours stuff in update info.

Why is in levels drop info, when dropp a lot of other stuff? I think, that in levels only drop things from drop info, but reality is diferent :(

Yesterday I cleared last of underworld madness stage (3 skulls), today underworld madness secret location for 3 skulls and after it maybe 3-5 wrong colour drops (battlefield hard - point of no return, I need lot 2* evo runes for CHotD red talismans) and of course lot 1* drops that isnt in drop info
