best character for rare skill shard evo

what is the best choice for rare skill shard evo?
All in same character, eddie, troopers?
my ID is Blade-9120
Never use since the beginning of the game to don't do mistake
I have 16 in stock and i'm stuck in underworld insane

If I were you I would put all these skill shards into CR Eddie - you have good talismans there, yet you have to upgrade them and with skillshards equipped CR Eddie will be a hell out character...

I Like Soldier Eddie, i find him very versatile so I'd vote for putting a few on him.
Spreading them around has the advantage of being able to use different characters in LoL
It was pointed out to me a while ago he doesn't use Magic so BULWARK Tali is a waste on him I'd swap it for WILL
