How can i clear this chalange in 180 seconds ? The First Group have a shield and I dont have enough power. I have 3 five Stars heroes, soldier eddie 99, child of damned 100 and Pharao dog 97

Don't speed the game to 2x, keep it on 1x. And have heavy-hitters with max talismans as much as possible in your team. If you don't have, try to rent a powerful trooper to accomplish it. Hit hard, use fury, anything to kill them quickly.

I'd say borrow an Alliance General from a trooper and use it instead of the dog.

Trooper: Nomad 5* 100
Samurai Eddie 5* 100
i have other troopers available, including wickerman 5*

I like the allied soldier/mummy combo...taunt reflect shield...lot of times they will end up doing serious damage to themselves
