today I want to buy a skilled shared I have 5300 troopers but it said you dont have enough trooper badge like this weird ?

Check your skill shard inventory. If its full you wont be able to buy skill shards. You might have to dump a stack of shards to free up a space. The wording on the fault is a bit misleading, it should say that you have run out of shard space!

I just posted a new thread with the same issue before I saw this one. My shard inventory is definitely not full and I have over 25K trooper points so something is definitely not right.
