Has the drop rate of regular runes been fixed? Did we just move the bottleneck again?
I'm not playing until this is fixed sadly. I'd like to hear some opinions.

I agree with the bottleneck. I have been grinding like a SOB and have been putting up about a dozen talismans from 3* to 4* or 4* to 5* over the past week. I had a rather decent reserve to start with, but now I'm strapped to my last 12-25 3* 4* 5* red runes with all else gone.

Plainly stated, devs have assigned an exhorbitant task in leveling talis, between the handful of evo runes necessary to evolve to the next tier and the monumental shovelfuls of runes needed to max level 4 and 5 talis.

Without an apparatus like LOL provides for shards (speculatively but currently offline Night City) the only remedy would be madness difficulty rewards of runes by the dozens, not by the 3s, 4,s and 5s. You just need too many runes to keep up and the rewards would have to be obscene to match the obscene requirements.

At present, now seems to be the time for evo crystals, LOL shards (and supposedly with the latest patch, colored evo runes). Regular runes, however... no such luck. It's a matter of cutting production and grinding through, tali by tali until night city or whatever comes to being.
