Rank up limit?

I've hit level 99 and now the progress bar remains on 0%. Is level 99 the limit? Anyone passed it?

(The only benefit from rank up at the higher levels is you get a free sand of time refill).

Will the Beast ever learn to count to 100? :p

You'll gonna have one last refill and hit 100. This will take 1-2 days depeding how much you play...and will happen randomly.
