1* shards in Underworld Madness

Why am I getting these, why aren't they regulated to the normal difficulty?!?

Well they are rarer, but you do get them sometimes. Even high level players want to upgrade 3*->5* talismans sometimes. Whenever I get a new good toon, Im glad I get these to help get them talismaned up. And I hate having to grind lower levels to get materials -the gold and other rewards are never as good!
