3* yellow Evo shards ?

Most likely a stupid question, but been trying for these and cant get another to drop. have looked at the drop info every where and only seeing 1 and 2 star shards. are still 3 star dropping in those locations with yellows regardless ?

All 3* Evo shards are only dropped at Lord of Light level 7-10 of their respective color.

3* evo shards also drop in some secret levels.

Just got 6 from completing the secret area in underworld on madness - all the underworld secret areas seem to randomly give 3 star evo shards
