Seeing all kinds of issues with this. Sometimes it's there at the start of the round and sometimes it is not (and not just against angel of pain and his passive block). Sometimes it appears after I take a few hits. Sometimes it appears suddenly half depleted. Sometimes it refills itself for no reason. Sometimes it's there and I still take damage against my HP. Not sure how it was intended to work but it is incredibly erratic and inconsistent.
