Can you get storm eddie in a one/two or 3 star gunner assasin soul?

Maybe we wasted our good luck in previous months, cause I've seen people get Storms and Assasin Sons from the simple souls already.

Exactly what happened to me. I use every soul I get when I get it coz im noob and need monsters, and must say I got some nice pulls like these 2 and some more.
The joy being a noob hehe, every single 4* is a game changer, even a nice 3* make you happy since you dont have that many toons !

Got 3* Stormy from a 1* g/a soul after the event so yes, you can. I recommend opening souls with the 'use all' or 'use 10' boxes checked. I always seem to have better luck when doing so.
