View Full Version : Loading Screen Bug

Guys,
I can't find Thread for this problem so I will make new one.
Loading screen freezes on about 80% and music still goes on. It seems that it is bugged only for MY ACCOUNT.
I've tried to reinstall game few times, change it from the phone storage to SD card and still nothing. I've also restarted device few times.
And then, when the game is fresh, just installed it works FINE with new game (level 1). But then, when I connect my FaceBook account (which is level 60) it crashes on the same place - I can't pass loading screen.
Any tips? :)

Contact support through the web page. That's what I did. I never got any response, but it got fixed within a couple business days.

Its not just your phone having aame issue for 3 days here

Same for me since many days....that game is completely bugged, can't play server issue, can't use trooper point etc wtf dev do something....

It isn't, phone is ok 100%. I can play new game. :(

Hey guys, same thing happened to a few of us last weekend. We were able to get back in after contacting support, waiting for a few days, then reinstalling the game. If you can't get in the game, you will have to use the web portal.
http://ironmaidenlegacy.com then go to the support tab. Make sure to give them the account name. I never received a response, but they did fix the issue.

same problem here on iOS 10.2 which is kind of strange since i never had an issue when trying to login
i am stuck at 3/4 progress bar since the last 2-3 days.. thought that an update was coming and i eventually updated the app but i am still unable to login
the only way to access game menu is by reinstalling but is all slow and if i exit the game i cannot login again
i am also thinking that the big amount of talismans/shards/runes i own has something to do but i am not sure really..
not sure if i am the only one with this problem :(

Same problem for me too, reinstalled, played a couple of LoL levels, got some weird error message & now back to loading screen hell again.
Happens on my iPad & iPhone so must be account-related, not device.
Support ticket logged & hoping the fix doesn't take too long 😢

Hi all
Since the beginning of the week when I got the MACLO error I have been unable to play as I've been stuck on the loading screen too. I did some testing last night and have found a way back into the game which I'm hoping works for some of you. It's only any good if you have a Roadhouse/email account though (if you only used Facebook to save progress it won't work which makes me think that it's something to do with linking your game to FB).
1/ Uninstall the game
2/ Go to Facebook and remove LOTB from your list of games
3/ Reinstall the game
4/ Load LOTB (& go through the "newbie" games)
5/ Go to settings and log in with your "email address" account
6/ The game will forcibly take you to Facebook. Click cancel (do NOT authorise the app)
7/ Click on the "open this game" popup
8/ LOTB will load and you can restore your previous saved progress
Note: The game will occasionally try to get you to log into / authorise Facebook - click "Cancel" every time.
This has worked for me (thankfully, as I haven't had any response from support!) so I really hope it works for some of you too :cool:

I did 2 bug reports on it, one send with gmail and the other with my hotmail/outlook. More then a week ago.
Still can't play.

Something like this has been happening to me this morning. I got the Facebook login window popping up all the time and the game wouldn't load. I reinstalled it, I got into the game once but it moved way to slow (and the Facebook window would appear inside the game) so I closed it and the same issue happened again in the loading screen.
I then installed the game on another Android device (Nexus 5) I have and I am able to play the game just fine with this secondary device so now I'm wondering if this is a device issue. My main phone is a Samsung Galaxy S6 and I've never had an issue login into the game.
I'm going to try later today to login through my S6 again since I was able to play the game on my Nexus 5 but this is definitely odd.

Ok, the game worked fine once on the Nexus 5 but now it won't load either and it still won't load on my other phone so looks like I'm out of luck. Support has been contacted.
