Gunner Allied Bomber Boy Bug?

Since the last update i realised something for the first time. My Gunner Allied Bomber Boy (3 freezing talismans) used to freeze all my enemies when triggered. That has stopped and it freezes just 1 or two max. Anyone else in here with the same issue?

it's not an issue, it was fixed with the latest patch. It has now a trigger chance of 12% per enemie

thanks a lot...too bad i spent so many runes trying to maximize them

before chances where all or nothing.
With the new mechanics it should trigger a bit more often overall so they should still be usefull

Yeah, to me they are a lot better now (and horribly to go up against in PVP).
