Purple Pyro consume burn bug

I have been leveling a purple pyro and have noticed a bug on the consume burn effect off his basic.

description is Melt: Single target magic damage. Consumes Burn effects on Perfect attacks. Consuming Burns deals True damage and removes the effect.

When this effect triggers it clears more than just burn de buffs, Most noticeably it un-freezes a frozen enemy.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I noticed this about a week or two ago. Turns out the freeze talismans also apply a magic burn to the target!

Thanks for update. Guess that makes him useless in pvp. on to the next guy.
