Runes disappeared!

I have been leveling up my talismans, screen got stucked and i forced game to close and re-open it. Runes was missing! (Runes i have used to level up my talismans before screen stucked)
I heard this played in background.. (In my head..) It looks like an alien abduction.. Poor runes..

i lost several 4* and 5* Runes today, i don't know how many the last days.
i strictly only upgrade one talisman, then go out to the cosmos screen and either another one or upgrade to another tier - then out again and rinse and repeat.

it really starts to get annoying and i would be really pissed if i had bought a talisman power up pack via the store for real money.
