Game Freezing on stage Underworld - Burdens of Sin

Whenever I enter the stage "Underworld - Burdens of Sin" with an ally and get to the boss, target to finish within 180 seconds to clear the stage fully (3-stars), the game freezes. But it doesn't just stop, the characters actually move, but none of the attack buttons work. If I press the "Auto Play" button, it just acts like it's waiting, and never does what it needs to do.
