"Maximum trooper removal reached" WTF blizzard?

I can't remove a trooper that is away for more than 11 day WTf Blizzard?!?! I didn't remove any trooper today, and I keep getting this stupid message...

Bad way to force people keep troopers guys.

it's a known bug and they "are working on it". have the problem since the new year, it's really annoying...

I have troopers afk for 22 days and I can't remove them... Need to open room for more active troopers!!

I'm not on android, and I cant remove inactives. I even asked support if they'd do it for me if I gave them a list, but got no reply. Busily nerfing more characters instead of fixing bugs.

same here cannot remove troopers since 18 days and noone cares. support answered, that they are aware of...
