Can not claim achievements

I am not getting credit for any of the daily challenges. This started happening when completing the 5 star 100 characters achievement. I still haven't been able to claim the Legendary Soul. Game now freezes when I claim anything and back out. It lets you claim them but nothing is rewarded.

After i claimed my daily and go back to main screen the screen turns red... have to quite the game and restart and the daily are saved..but when i claim a achivment the same happens and i do the same ..the achivment are not saved..shit i have a achivment for 5000000 gold that i need badly for my talismans

glad to hear, that i'm not the only one. have the same issue for two days now. the worst thing is the rewards are deleted after the forcequit -.-

Started for me too after the 100 4* achievement. If I only go to look there, I cant get out - red clouds forcequit.

And 10 ironite lost in the wind

Still having this problem. Can't claim any achievements. I can get the daily ones, but still have to force quit after I claim them. At least they can be claimed.

Sure would like to be able to claim what I've worked for, but, you know... PvP.

Same to me. Its not possible to return from the achievements to the main screen, because there is an endless loading icon. I also have to force quit the app and when I log in again, the claimed achievement isn't transfered in the inventory :mad:

Tested on different devices and operating systems, and always with a new install.

Just happened to me today yesterday I claimed the sands of time V achiements it gave me the 5m gold but didn't get the achievement completed V increase

After claim your Daily reward or achievement, whatever it is, go to the "Rent your champion" achievement and click GO, it will direct you to the AIling Kingdom Map(sometimes to FOTD Eddie stage, others to a bugged version of Ailing Kingdom) BUT you will have whatever you are claiming... It works for me... ;)

Great idea. Maybe it works for some. But for me it was the same. Application hangs and needs to be closed with brutal force. :(

didn't work for me, too.

There is a Legendary Soul waiting for me, but i can't claim it.
Dailies are working fine and i was also able to claim a skillshard yesterday

But, but, didn't you see the post on the other page? They're aware of it and "working" on it. Never mind that it's one of the only remaining things that end game players have, there is PvP to work on, updates to fuck up, and nerfs to be thrown down.

It's been a month, ass holes, fix the g'damned problem or compensate the players who PAY for the product you're NOT delivering! This is beyond ridiculous!

Still not working for me and raised it with dev team and they came back with a couple of questions and that they are looking into it. it happens anytime I go near achievements though I think I keep mine after the force quit on the iPhone. But I will check for sure later once it do all 7 daily challenges.

I have to say the dev team are not doing well at all and you really have to question their QA on these updates - this update while not catastrophic has had some very crazy unintended consequences - the new UI is better though and that is a positive for sure....well other than the challenge screen crashing now.....lol.

Yep. Add me to that list. Started happening a few days ago.

Only slight pattern that I can see for me is that everything was working fine until I had a non-daily achievement to claim and as soon as I attempted to claim that the game hung when I tried to leave the achievements screen.

Oh, and I lost the reward for the achievement too. So, you know, double win there!

I've been missing out on daily rewards for 5 days now, ever since I dared to try to claim my skill shard for using skill shards... (I think it was so meta it simply blew the game's mind :cool: ) Anyway, it's insanely annoying.

EducatedFool, that was the last time I remember getting the reward before the constant crashes. I tried getting the skill shard reward. Maybe something related to claiming an Achievement.

Yes, to most of us it started claiming the 100 4* chars achievement, to others claiming the 100 skillshards. And its not update related since it started way before that.

Since xmas event, I can't revenge 2 skill shards, 5 mln gold, and a bunch of g/a rare souls. Since one week after, my daily rewards are completely wasted, freezing suddenly I get into achievement and obviously I force to quit. Devs please speed up with your investigation, people need to get into achievement!

It crashed on me again after this new update too. I have had this issue since the early Feb update and lost all dailies and cannot get an ironite one in non daily either! When will it get fixed?
