I wrote a Pebble watch app for calculating SoT until Secret Locations and Troopers reset.
I'll be the first to point out the app sucks -- it was only intended for my personal use; and I've only made it public because it's the end of the (Pebble) world, so why not.
Known bugs, which I can't be bothered to fix because the app serves my purpose:
You need to Save the settings before you run it the first time (even if you don't change anything)
The calculator doesn't take into account when server reset time < current time < midnight
