Where is Trooper Eddie?

Wasn't Trooper Eddie supposed to launch with PVP? Is there a release date for him? What about Navigator Eddie?

I noticed a few new characters in the PvP promotional materials:

- Wrath in your Facebook video (phenomenal video, by the way!)

- Some female characters in the PvP banners in the new "News" section of the game

Are these teasers of new playable characters coming soon?

What about Navigator Eddie?I think there is supposed to be an Eternal Eddie you can through PvP and Trooper Eddie should be available to purchase with Trooper badges. That was my understanding anyway. I don't know what the hold up on these is, especially Trooper Eddie.... As far as I know it was developed a long time ago

Also, is that an Executioner Eddie in the "PvP Open Now" banner?!
