Same here. Give it time. In beta it did it to me 2x. Fixed itself after 11/2 hours & 4 hours

Yeah happened to me too, just sent ticket. I logged off and back on and the souls where there but not the shard.

Just to say I had no problem with the rewards, and no luck on the souls... no red eyes for me.

The store will open, SilentKnight runs support, he´ll fix it.
