You mean that the attack shows power being stolen from the defender, but it never manifests on the attacker's side?
Yeah, I've seen that too. Storm Eddie's tempest skill has the same problem.

I thin I have seen this with my team too. I will check a bit more closely but I know I have hit perfects almost 90% of the time and not sure I am getting a lot of points on the board.
