This is a server-only release that has under-the-hood adjustments to prepare for the next update, but also includes some tuning changes.

PVP Changes
Adjusted the matchmaking so that the game more readily filters for people closer to your ranking and who haven’t been attacked repeatedly
Fixed an issue where points won/lost for a PVP match that occurs just after the weekly reset may report incorrect gains/losses from the match in the results screen
