No green talisman power pack?

I wait for Green talisman power up pack to appear again in "Specials" store.
At first, I think that missing pack is caused by addition of Nautical souls.
But Nautical Souls are gone and green pack is not there...

I already see that pack are not always all present.
Anyone know when list of available pack changes? Every day? Every week? Month? :s

As far as I know they always reset at the first day of the month, so it should be available again on saturday.

Assuming you already purchased a pack this month. If you didn't it is probably a bug.

They will not show up if you have already purchased in the last month.

Yep, I just bought a Yellow pack and it did not appear in store :)
