Viking's Loot does not steal ability

As title.. after the update, Viking's Loot does not steal effect under some circumstances.. happened against prisoner team.. (if i steal an enemy effect, prisoner disable it? it s not my toon passive so it shouldn t be)
Sometimes happened if enemy toon has immunity.. it should be able to steal the immunity effect i think .. but it s not :confused:

this was already the case befoe the last update. they didn't manage to fix it yet. viking seems to randomly steal or not to steal...
